Interview
It was face to face interview. You meet the Learning and Development Manager and have the interview scheduled. Usually, the process was very quick as there was an urgent requirement. Designing curriculum and training the teachers was quite interesting.As I have worked with HCL on k-12 learning, I was selected for the role.
