there were 2 interviews technical and HR first you get asked about what is GIS and what do you know about it and if you have used any Esri products before. after that you get another interview where you do a presentation about two topics

Esri has participated in a Job fair held at the end of my training at ITI. The process started by sending all trainees CV's, then higher recommended candidates were selected. Then two interviews were held.
