Initially, I took a technical and aptitude test. After shortlisting the candidates based on these tests, I received an email from the HR and General Manager (GM). I sent them my resume, and the date for my interview was finalized. Subsequently, I had an interview with a panel consisting of a technical expert, the GM, and an HR representative. They inquired about my project, which involved making an electric vehicle (EV) bike. Specifically, they asked about controlled inverters. Additionally, they posed questions related to instrumentation engineering. The results of the interview were announced 2-3 days later.

Exam - comprises analytic, technical, English
Exam is relatively, technical section consists of questions covering the entire subject and are mostly related to basic concepts. Group discussion was among a group of 12 participants and panel consists of three members. Current topics are given for discussion. HR interview is as usual. Technical interview is tough and the questions are asked from the subjects of your interest.
