The questions are boilerplate questions, such as about TDD and paired programming. Fair enough, if my answers were not what they were looking for, but the impression was that interviewers wanted "95% accurate answers for their questions". Body language is key with these interviewers, if they start showing disinterest & taking your examples or opinions personally, the interview is basically over.
