I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Eternal Skin Care (North Vancouver, BC) in Sept 2013
Interview
The interviewer did not know what position I had applied for. He had not prepared properly for the interview. He asked me around 3 questions and was extremely patronizing and condescending. I had no idea why I had been called there for an interview. He talked to me like I was stupid and showed absolutely no interest in getting to know me or talk about the job position. I felt my time was wasted and I felt extremely disrespected.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Eternal Skin Care (North Vancouver, BC) in Sept 2012
Interview
I sent in a resume at random, without a cover letter or care, via their corporate site. HR called me within the week to set up an interview with the owner. The meeting was an hour long, and he'd expressed interest in hiring me within weeks. Then, he allegedly changed his mind after HR didn't like what my references allegedly said. Later, the owner indicated he'd decided the timing wasn't right.
Three months later: another request to meet with me, again for another hour. The owner had fired the marketing person, because "she couldn't work here" (and added expletives to describe her). Left me hanging for another month.

Question 1
Are you married? (illegal question) He pointed to a photo of children, shared that he was divorced, advised I never marry, and indicated his ex-wife was a (insert shocking expletives) "who got everything".
