Etumos interview questions

After getting laid off, I was job hunting for two months. Etumos was the most organized and transparent interview process I’d encountered by far. 1. HR manager screened me and gave me context on what to expect next. She said the hiring manager had a lot going on so she’d check with her on best times to interview and get back to me. After not hearing back for a week I checked in on how things were going, acknowledging that I understood she was busy and asking when a more appropriate time to follow up was. She then replied promptly thanking me for checking in and offered options for the next two steps in the process. 2. Interview with the hiring manager 3. Interview with senior team members 4. HR manager gave me a week timeframe for the decision 5. Hiring manager contacted me after that decision timeframe to offer me the position over a Zoom call
