Typical interview processes, asked about motivations and previous experience, how you can contribute to the company and then they focused on the internship duties and what is expected of you on a daily basis
Feels extremely impersonal and almost objectifying. Only important thing is to jump through the expected hoops which are very priviledge dependent. Did not take up on the offer as I realised the working environment isn't for me.

Interview
It was a phone interview. I was asked about my previous experience and told about how I could contribute to the Commission. It was not a difficult process, it seemed as if they decided on me before talking.
