The interview process was very easy and comfortable. We went into one of the vacant wax rooms and my interview was with the manager at the EWC. It was very casual and she mainly asked about my experiences and what the company had to offer me. Unfortunately it's been almost three weeks and I never got a call or email back telling me whether I got the job or not but assuming that since it has been three weeks I didn't get it.

they ask you about guest interactions and upselling products and services. If you have no experience just mention you are a people person and quick learner. Let them know you pay attention to small details as well

It was a super easy interview process! I was called the next morning and hired a few days later at the conclusion of the interview with virtually no sales experience.
very straightforward, questions about past work experiences and how your goals can translate as sales. you might be asked about how you’d pitch a package to a guest in the interview.
