The interviewing process at Event Inc was a fantastic experience. It was very fast, with only a two-week gap between my first interview with the People & Culture representative and my start date. I was impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the interview process. I was given a relevant take-home technical challenge that gave me a good insight into the day-to-day work at the company. Throughout the process, I had the impression that the company really wanted me on board and valued me not just for my skills, but also as a person. Overall, I feel confident that I made the right choice in joining Event Inc.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch wurde telefonisch gehalten, zwischen den Ansprechpartner und den Bewerber. Das Gespräch dauerte insgesamt circa 45 Minuten, das erste Teil bestand hauptsächlich aus normale 'Kennenlernen' Fragen sowie Fragen über das Unternehmen selbst. Das zweite Teil prüfte dann Sales Kenntnisse, um festzustellen, ob der Bewerber sich für telefonische Kaltakquise eignet.
