The interview process was simple and straight forward. It ended up being a very broad and open ended interview, I wouldn't say it was specifically design in any way. They wanted to learn a lot about you and how they can help you as a recruiter going forward.

Phone interview is about 15 minutes. They send a calendar link and you schedule based on your own availability. Really nice recruiter. She listened and asked me if I had any questions.
