Zoom and two days campus interview, teaching demo and research presentation, different committees, provost and student meeting. Long and exhausting interview and their cafeteria is not good, school is small but with many processes

Two days of interviews, gave research presentation and sample teaching presentation, specific hiring sub committee and larger committee, provost interview. Hiring committees mostly faculty some some student and staff involvement.
