I was contacted first by the nurse recruiter after applying and she helped with setting up the interview. I was able to meet in person and interview with multiple units at the same time who worked alongside one another. After meeting with multiple managers, the nurse recruiter followed up with the units that would like to hire me. I let the recruiter know which unit I’d like to join and she helped connect me with HR and anyone else I needed!
