I had a phone interview on May 6th with their recruiter. Went in on May 8th for an in person interview. This part of the process was easy and seamless. The interview went well as it was more of a conversation than a formal interview. Made it easier to get to know Everidge and what they are about. The interview lasted about an hour long. The guy I met with stated this was a big position and they needed time to decide who they were going to pick. He told me I would hear back in about 2 weeks. May 22nd came and went and I never heard anything. I followed up with a few questions to the recruiter & she responded within a few days. I then followed up again on June 2nd, asking status of the position as I never heard anything. Crickets.
As of today, June 10th, I still haven’t heard anything. The position has been removed from their website so I can only assume it’s been filled.
It would have been nice to get some feedback and a “we’re so sorry to inform you” email.
This shows professionalism as this may have not been the position for me but it’s keeps a clean slate for positions in the future. Very disappointing, for face value they seemed like a decent company to work for.
