I have got a call from HR from evernorth and got the interview scheduled. I have went through two rounds of interview . interviews start around 6:30pm ist and extend till 7:30-8pm .
first round:
This round mainly focusses on the projects you have worked and mentioned in the resume .
1. Introduction
2. IVR application developer experience
3. few questions on exception handling
4. few questions on java and springboot
i have got shortlisted for second round and which was scheduled on next day at 7pm. it went for 1 hours and mainly focussed on technical advanced topics
1. spring boot annotations
2. web-client starter questions
3. springboot profiles loading questions
4. design patterns
5. exception handling used in the project
6. managing workload
7. in deep questions on java 8, 11 features
8. questions on mongodb
second round was good but i wasn't selected for the next round .
feedback for HR is
try to make sure max only one interviewer will be doing the interview so that interviewee can give the best .
panel is expecting straight forward answers which is not the ideal way of interviewing .
