Definitely a longer process than I was use to but seems very focused on finding the right canidents. Process : There was a physical evaluation where you preform some basic tasks you would in your day to day and a bit of a strange one with lifting a ladder with an extension out of a manhole ( this one seemed to be challenging to about 7 out of 10 of the tested. Then a virtual interview with some of the crew leaders and upper staff, really great people to talk to in my case and hope to be working with them soon. Then there is the cast test which is a mathematics / mechanical concepts / basic reading comprehensive test, done at a testing center in person. After that you may or may not get an offer letter it seems and if you do you fill out all your information for a background test and then you schedule your drug test and wait for your start date. So a bit more parts than I was use too but seems to be well thought out and the hiring team is really responsive and helpful though the whole process which is very appreciated.
