I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eviction Defense Collaborative (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Three staff members including the Executive Director and the only other staff member in the administration interviewed me and two other candidates in a group interview. They asked each of us the same questions, so I knew what the question was ahead of time and could think about my answer if I was not the first person asked. Then I had a one-on-one interview with the other three staff members.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eviction Defense Collaborative (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2014
Interview
They came to my school, after I submitted an application. I felt comfortable right away. I had one interview, and then I was offered a position. I met with two different people on what seemed like an unusually crisp winter morning. They described the job to me, asked me about my past experience in the work force, asked me about why I wanted to work there, and that was pretty much it. 30 minutes long.
