When I got there I was asked to fill out a very lengthy application that I had already filled out online! So right off the bat I had to question their organization. There are two pages of very detailed questions and it takes about 30+ minutes to fill this out. So if you have another interview afterwards make sure you give yourself enough time. When I was done I gave the application back to the receptionist and I was told to take a seat and somebody would be with me shortly. I waited for almost 45 mins meanwhile watching everyone stand around and do nothing. Finally I was given a generic interview by someone who seemed very bored with their job. Some people get a second interview w the owner. That process can take up to 2-3 hours. Don't be nervous about the length or scared of him. It's because he doesn't understand everything that's being said, so he over compensates for this by making sure everyone is scared of him. But if you're pretty don't worry.
