Very casual and laid back, more just a getting to know you type thing. Friendly vibe in general but there were a few interview style questions. I felt very at ease throughout the interview and felt like it went well but didn't get an offer unfortunately. The company was nice enough to give some feedcack however, mainly saying that my interview was good but they had other stronger candidates.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Evolutions (Bristol, England) in May 2023
Interview
It was really easy, they take of the pressure by letting you know you don't have to be nervous, it feels like a nice conversation to get to know each other, your skills and how could you fit in the company.
