I had only one interview for this position.They asked me about my education backround,my experience in the field of chemistry as well.Furthermore I was asked about how I reacted as chemist in different problems, which appeared in my previous jobs.I am waiting for the next interview.

There is only one interview at Evonik with the laboratory manager. She’s very easy and barely asking questions. You will know if you get hired the day of the interview.
