Ewing Outdoor Supply interview questions

I only had an AI phone interview after submitting an application. The next step was to complete some online assessments. Despite highly qualified, I was never called for a face-to-face interview. But I am thankful I did not get the job, because I heard negative things about the branch manager from two contractors. They believe i was not hired likely because of age discrimination. I will never apply for a job at this company again.

It was very professional, two different people interviewed me.One after the other. The interviewers explained in detail the person there were looking for and also gave a brief history of the company and the company culture.
