Exact Data Business Development interview questions

Its a joke. You will quickly notice, they hire anyone who walks-in and is gullible enough to believe them. They have two ladies basically trash your time - they will tell you about how you make 20% or 17% commission off of your sales (THIS IS FALSE) and that you will get a pay increase when you graduate (this is also false). YOU WILL NEVER GET A COMMISSION CHECK. They use a draw system which basically gives them the best opportunity to pay you as little as possible and make as much as they can off of you. Trust me when I say this, the hiring team does NOT understand draw payment AT ALL and wrongfully creates false illusions on pay because of this.
