Interview
Interview process starts off with a short 15-20 min phone interview, straightforward and if you know how to talk on the phone and answer simple sales interview questions you'll do fine.
After the phone interview, you go for an in-person interview which consists of taking a sales amplitude test along with a grammar test; both are very simple.
After the two tests, you're taken into another room where the real interview starts. If you've held a sales position before they will offer you the job right there and then (at least the did for me). After this, you walk about the office before going back to that same room where they keep trying to sell you on the job.
All in all, if you're a good candidate you won't have to work hard during the interview process, they need good people and they can't get them. Their benefits are subpar and the pay is below average. However, if you're looking for a job in sales and you have never worked sales then this job could be a great stepping stone for you.
