Phone interview with recruiter. Two on-site interviews with CEO and Sr. Partner. Interviews with two current recruiters. It was very challenging. I feel proud to have made it through!

Didn't expect to be asked to make interviewer laugh!
It's a 3 step process that includes a phone call with the Senior Partner, a face to face meeting with the Senior Partner and the Executive Director, and then the final interview is a short meeting with the Senior Partner and two separate interviews with 2 recruiters in each interview. You get a chance to learn about the job from the recruiters' perspective, which is really helpful!
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Executive Staffing Solutions (Worthington, OH) in Feb 2015
Interview
Initial phone interview, this was a brief introduction and explanation of position and questions about my experience and qualification. Follow up in person interview with Management. One on One interviews detailing the position(good and bad). Second interview had one on one and group segments. Total time for in person interview was four hours each.
