Interview
Very unstructured interview process. Went from person to person in their offices and talked to predetermined folks. One person that stuck out was a fellow who had a collection of hard hats over his desk. He pointed to the Enron one and said that Chesapeake reminded him a lot of Enron.
Wide range of behavioral and technical related questions. Went through two rounds. Technical questions focused on software used in the past and the complexity of previous projects. Behavioral questions focused on working with challenging people and how I approach projects with limited available information.

Interview
The interview was quite long, took nearly half the day. It also seemed the managers didn’t seem interested. I would say they already know what they are looking for.
