I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Experience Camps in Aug 2025
Interview
I had a great experience interviewing with Experience Camps. The team was warm, authentic, and clearly passionate about their mission. Every conversation I had reflected the organization's values and left me genuinely excited about the opportunity to contribute to the work that they do.
While I ultimately wasn't selected for the role, I unfortunately never received a final update after the fourth and final interview, despite following up. I recognize it was an especially busy camp season, but a brief update would have gone a long way in reflecting the same care they show through their programs.
Overall, it's an incredible organization doing truly meaningful work, and I still hold them in high regard. My hope is that future candidates who make it far in the process experience more consistent follow-up about their application status.

They asked thoughtful, situational questions that reflected genuine due diligence, digging into how my past logistical experience could translate to this unique role
Ryan Jepsen was a pleasure to interview with. He asked some common behavioral questions and dug into resume experience, but made the overall interview comfortable and did not drag it out too long. Overall, it lasted about 45 minutes and he was clear at the end of what the next steps would be and when to expect to hear back.
