Interview
The process involved a series of 6 interviews. 1. Screening call. 2. Video call with the hiring manager and a dev/product employee. 3. Interview with a local CSM. 4. Interview with a senior CSM. 5. Interview with the hiring manager and two VPs. This is a presentation type of interview, where the aspirant showcases their presentation skills. Very interesting assignment. 6. Culture fit interview with the HR team.
