After submitting my resume, I went for an interview. I then had to come back for testing. When I asked how long the testing would take I was told an hour or two. When I arrived at ten I was given a funny look, and asked if I was going to work through lunch. I stated that I had been told that it would take about 2 hours. The reply I got was 'oh". I have no idea how many tests they had me slated for, but 2.5 hours later and multiple tests I was more than a little annoyed. I was being tested for typing, basic office skills, advanced office skills, and other things that did not pertain to accounting as well as 4 accounting type tests.

First interview with talent agent, it was no hard and they wanted to know more about you. Then written tests, there were two written tests. Also had an interview with HR of the company that you would work for, then another interview with controller and supervisor. Not hard.
