Met with office manager at one of their branches. We covered my past work experience and how they would apply to working as a recruiter with their organization. Branch manager covered the job requirements and informed me thoroughly about the company as a whole and the opportunities that were available within their organization.

It was alright but the atmosphere and work culture felt not right - a lot of pressure to do sales, both inside and outside, very low base pay with commission (so highly dependent on sales again). If agency recruiting isn’t for you, then don’t look here
This is a temp agency. There was Initial paperwork then a formula series of questions with a few that asked for more details, then more time on the computer to fill in more paperwork.
