It was a two Stage Process through recruiterment agency
Initial screening by the agency
Then First Technical followed by HR interview
Overall it was professionally conducted on the telephone
Technical interview was relevant to the field and HR interview was on general HR practices especially decision making

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Exterran (Houston, TX) in Aug 2012
Interview
I was interviewed on the phone initially and asked about my background and how it can relate to the position in the company.
Two days later was called for on site Interview with Engineering manager and two product managers. General question more of behavior question rather than the technical and finally my background experience with the previous company.
Got a call from the Manager two days later with the offer.
