Round table interview with several panelists, they will ask questions one after the order beginning with the HR representative. The interview process was lively, the HR rep was very friendly and homely. My section was about 45mins and salary negotiation was last in the process.

Pretty straight forward and positive experience. Not like typical interviews, generally just want to figure out if they like you and if you have any mechanical knowledge/skills. Typical oilfield/ good ole boy interview type of atsmosphere.
