EyePoint Pharmaceuticals interview questions

Applied to a job and unexpectedly was contacted one month later (actually almost forgot I applied). Screening video call with a rude HR contact person, than another video call with hiring manager, than more 4 separate video calls (!) with company executives. Total 6 video calls that took much of my time, preparedness and expectations, all for nothing. After completing the process, was ghosted-zero response or feedback after, even when I followed up asking for any feedback to have a closure, total silence. With a single product and no very promising prospects, and the way they treat their potential employees, this does not seem like a good and stable company AT ALL!

Multiple conversations with HUB director. Spoke with new HR contact. Round Robin interview with multiple people at headquarters. Presented an innovative idea for the newly formed role to be successful. After completing the process was ghosted-zero response or feedback after.
