He hired me within a minute of sitting down. Barely asked any questions. He seemed to only hire women on the sales floor. He basically explains the job to you and hires you. They were desperate for employees.
The interview process was very good. Basic questions about availability and interacting with the public and past job experience. They asked if I had Any existing Knowledge about glasses and prescriptions?

Applied online through Indeed. Got called in for an interview. Had a nice, long talk with the regional manager. He was very nice and informative. I was offered the job right on the spot. It was going to be a little pay decrease (but more steady hours) from what I have right now and that’s why I didn’t take the job.
