I was referred from one of the employer inside the company & after the intial screening happened, HR had sent me the proposal to have a telephonic interview, based on this the interview happened with my present reporting manager & HR manager. Ensure you are attending the correct interview & know's about the topic of interview(Position applied) & use some basic common sense to answer some questions.
