Panel Interview. 4 including the Chief of Staff Recovery Division, which i felt was excessive considering the questions were behavior/standard questions. They literally read word for word a standard FEMA form which was excessive imo.

Applied through USA jobs. Had to go through HR approval of resume and then be selected for referral to hiring manager. Hiring manager than chooses to select for an interview. Once you go through interview process then an offer is made.
