I found the job listing on their website. I comfortability meet all the qualifications and applied on their website and was called shortly after that for a interview. I meet with a AVP and an Architect. They advanced me to the next round. I went through their coding exercise with a half dozen people, then meet with a AVP and Sr. Engineer. This phase turned into a mentoring session. Received positive feedback from AVP at end. Then I meet with another half dozen individuals. I initially received generic email a week later with no feedback. Requested helpful feedback and instead received offensive comments from AVP. Ended up being a very personal waste of time. I would describe the finial interview process as unwelcoming, perhaps even discriminatory.
I applied online. I interviewed at FHLB Cincinnati
Interview
Professional interview, but never too intense. Talked about background experience and relevant work. Talked with manger for no longer than 30 minutes, there were no obscure questions or skill tests. Overall great interview experience.
