The process consists of several rounds. First there was subject test (Paper 1) for the one I have applied for 1 hour. Then there is Paper 2 of again 1 hour which was of higher difficulty. Both were subjective papers. Then there was an IQ test of half hour which was relatively easy.
That was the written part. Now they shortlist top 20-25% candidates, for further process which includes GD, demo lecture and PI.
GD was on a general topic. It was a non-elimination round which checks only for one's English speaking and confidence. Then there was most important part the Demo lecture. They asked me to start any topic, after 2 min they start asking questions from the same topic. They go to depth to check my subject knowledge which was good enough.
Then there was PI in which they just ask about persona information, and when one can join etc.. To some people, they ask some subject question too.
So this was my experience.
One more important thing I want to tell, Don't forget to take your train tickets if you want reimbursement. bcos they provide reimbursement on the same day. If you forget to take, it will never be reimbursed.
