Begrüßung, dann typische Fragen zum Personal Fit (Lernbereitschaft, Kommunikation), kleiner Teil auf Englisch und Interesse am Bereich sowie dem Geschäftsmodell von FINN. In 2. Runde dann ein Case-Interview, vergleichbar mit anderen Start-Ups oder Consulting. Prozess insgesamt sehr schnell und reibungslos, gute Komunikation.

first, there was a online assessment based on logical and numerical questions. Then, a meeting talking about the position and job description was held. After that, a case study interview with the head of the department was coming next.
