Interview
I applied on Indeed, Branch Manager called me the next day and we had a phone chat. He asked about my sales background and do I know what Firma does. After that he scheduled a meeting in their office, again he asked more about my business background.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at FIRMA Foreign Exchange (Montreal, QC) in Apr 2015
Interview
The process has changed and has become far more formalized and difficult (I should know as I was the last hire prior to the changes). Currently, there are multiple questionnaires and tests and the process can span over two or three separate interviews.
