Interview
It was pretty easy. I only had two interviews with my direct manager and his boss. I was hired right away. There were no tests or anything like that. It's a family owned business and they run the interview process like the company...by intuition.

Interview
The overall hiring process took forever. I was interviewed by an executive person who seemed to portray the position as something it was not. I sent my resume, coverletter, and business card previous to my arrival. They never mentioned it, even though I tracked it and it was signed for by the front desk. I also left a portfolio that was not shown to my direct supervisor. My second interview was with my supervisor who wanted nothing to do information about me. It was all about her. There were no questions to me. I didn't even speak.
