The process took over 2 months. I was invited to the 1st interview 3 weeks after applying online. During this interview, a lot of questions were asked that aimed at checking how much I understood the exact content of the job of a certification analyst. Afterwards, a 2nd interview round followed, in which largely the same questions were asked, but in even greater detail. Some of the questions were overly specific and I was confused regarding their point - they could easily be answered by someone who received training on the organization's procedures/standards, but not by an outsider.
The last step after the interviews was a set of tests (language, learning ability, personality), which took about 60 minutes to complete.
After completing the process, no update was provided for over 3 weeks, at which point a standard rejection e-mail arrived. My request for a short feedback was not answered.
