I applied online for The engineer in consultant internship. About two weeks later I received a call from a recruiter. They talked to me on the phone for about 15 minutes asking me general interview questions about my engineering background, strengths, weaknesses, and so on. Then after the phone interview I took an online assessment that was basically just asking me about my personality. After my online assessment I was asked to do a panel interview. This interview process consisted of four interviewers from different parts of the company each talking to me for one hour. Then at the end I gave a 5-7 minute presentation. At first the panel interview seemed really daunting, but I ended up really liking how the interview was set up. I enjoy being able to have enough time to ask questions and really get to know everyone of my interviewers. At the end of this whole process I felt really confident about how my interview went. I got a ton of great insight about the company and ultimately left with a really good feeling about FM Global.
