I applied for Central Los Angeles position, I’m based in city just outside of Los Angeles and geographically located to major cities. I went through two rounds of interviews, which in my opinion went well. Hiring Manager shared that she was impressed with my experience and interview answer's. After second interview I received a verbal offer, the position was contingent on me relocating to a specific city of companies choice. Interesting. That was not a requirement on the job posting nor disclosed during my first interview with the hiring manager. Needless to say, I did not accept the position. I felt the job posting was misleading and the company needs to improve on overall communication to improve outcomes.
