Just one interview - it lasted maybe 7 minutes and they didn't ask me anything, just told me about the role. I could tell the interviewer wasn't prepped, they were just in the role overseeing the one I was interviewing for. Maybe consider freelance recruiters?

Really lackluster interview, two assistants interviewed me with obviously no interviewing experience (not an HR or recruiter in sight), seemed like the process was more revolved around whether they would want to be your friend rather than hire you for your skills, which fair enough I suppose. They couldn't answer basic questions about their role, which was the role I was interviewing for at the time.

Very informal and casual interview. I was interviewed by two junior publicists who asked me minimal questions about myself and mostly talked about the position and the responsibilities. Overall it was a good experience but was very informal and the interviewers did not seem very prepared to ask me any questions about my experience.
