i had Applied online. The First round of interview took place after 2 weeks. one hour technical written test mostly testing the basics. 2 hours technical Q and A. This covers few advanced technical questions an about our background.

Question 1
The written test was a standard one, testing the basics. The technical Q & A was strange.One of the interviewers asked about the age of the employee.Why didn't you do a Master's Degree ? If this position demanded a Mater's degree, why did they shortlist my profile ? One of the interviewer was too nosy in knowing the personal details of the employee. All in all, it looked like they humiliate interview candidates, by asking irrelevant questions.
