      Manager Interview

      19 Oct 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Los Angeles, CA
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FabFitFun (Los Angeles, CA)

      Interview

The interview process was pretty standard. The interviews were conversational. They had me complete a project that was fairly simple and they gave me plenty of time. The only con was the length of time it took from initial interview to hire- close to two months.

      Los Angeles, CA

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FabFitFun (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2021

      Interview

I had an hr screening call and then four interviews with the hiring manager, Vp and two other directors the role would interact with but not report to. This was during Covid so everything was on zoom - they were very quick, about half an hour each and everything was done within a week and a half. Received the offer two weeks after the hr screen

      Manager Interview

      12 Jan 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FabFitFun (Los Angeles, CA)

      Interview

Recruiter reached out. Meeting the team in person was an odd experience. One person kept showing pictures of the FFF team on IG and social media that took up a lot more time than needed. No response after the interview for over a week. This is the kind of place that ghosts candidates. After more than a week, I followed up to let them know I was no longer interested. No respect for a candidate's time. Even if it's a no, or they wanted to interview additional candidates, at least follow up with some kind of update. Several of my current and former colleagues and friends also informed me that the team and hiring manager were reaching out to ask about me. Backchanneling right after talking to the recruiter before even meeting with the team is not a good indicator of culture, and is not something I want to be a part of. Poor candidate experience.
