I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fabco Equipment (Milwaukee, WI) in Dec 2014
Interview
The interview was my first in almost twenty years. The two gentlemen I spoke with were very down to earth, very respectful, and I never felt like I was being badgered with questions. They set up an interview time that worked with my schedule and were very prompt with the start time. Overall is was a very good experience.

Question 1
Why are you leaving after such a long career at your current employer?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fabco Equipment (Milwaukee, WI) in Jan 2014
Interview
Phone screen with HR. fairly light and fluffy phone screen. Face to face interview was with manager. Totally horrible experience, the guy ranted about his background. Didn't even get a word in about my qualifications and resume. Asked a couple of really dumb background questions, what I do for fun, etc. Total waste of time...it was like I was at a military recruiter not a job interview to sell cat product. The hiring manager came off as unprofessional and unorganized.
