Interview
Approached for the position of graduate engineer by their recruitment company. Had a phone interview and then an assessment centre prior to the final assessment centre with Faccenda Foods (October 2017).
Throughout the whole process the recruitment company were unsurprisingly not always forthcoming with information.
I got offered the job for production in the end but turned down as the working hours were 10pm -7 am (They did not disclose this information until I recieved the contract even after I had asked them) .

Interview
Two team tasks and an interview with two assessors. They were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The whole process was thoroughly enjoyable and stress free. There was also a tour of the factory allowing you to see the processing and get a feel for the atmosphere you would be working in.
