I applied online and a few days later I received an email from the manager requesting a phone interview. The phone interview was standard talking about the role and my background. That was three weeks ago and I have not heard anything since.

I had a phone screen and two video interviews. I enjoyed the process and liked the idea of the phone screen to ask questions to make sure the company/role was a good fit before committing to an hour long interview. The culture is relaxed and fun and I could tell that right away!
