Interview
First stage is a 20 min interview with the Hr with basic questions. Then there is a 2nd interview with team members from the office and they they give you a project and you come back in the 3rd interview discussing about the project. After that there is an offer.

Tell me a time you worked with a team member that didnt do his part of the job. How did you handle it?
