Had an interview, great chat, loved the people. Really really fun. Lots of questions, lots of answers. Would suggest they ask fewer questions about birds, but it was a grand time all the same.
The process began with an initial phone screen with a recruiter, which lasted about 30 minutes. The recruiter was friendly and asked standard questions about my background, experience, and interest in the role. They also provided a clear overview of the company’s mission and the team I’d be working with.
I then had to do a standard verbal reasoning test, a quiz about the company values and a personality questionnaire.
